I cannot praise this surgery enough. They have been most helpful and kindly to me since I joined the practice in 1985. I have always been referred when necessary to the appropriate treatment and the receptionists are always most helpful. They have restored my quality of life. Many thanks.

At 88 years old I have been a patient at many practices. The Hawthorns have served me since 1985 and they are the best yet. I have never before received such caring and thoughtful attention. All the staff are pleasant and attentive and go out of their way to be helpful. As for the Doctors, all of those that have had occasion to see me have been kind and considerate and referred me in the appropriate direction if required. Thank you all.

We feel very lucky to have The Hawthorns as our G.P. surgery. Our 11 year old son has extreme PTSD and during the worst time of our lives when all other services abandoned him and us, our G.P. was there fighting for the right services for him. We felt the group completely supported our family and I don't think our son would be here today if it wasn't for our G.P. The service provision has always been exemplary. The patient and their health is at the centre of the provision. The Nurse practitioner is really useful for booking last minute appointments for children with general illnesses. The receptionists are helpful and if you can't book an appointment with your own G.P. they always find a way to solve the situation. Could not recommend this surgery enough.

As far as I can see every thing is ok, well it is for me I never have any problems calling ,visiting making apps ect, every one is polite and cheerful and extremely helpful and that goes for my Doctor and the Nurses too. I know it must be hard but do carry on the good work Regards Brian Wright
